At the moment we all have concerns around the COVID-19 virus and its impact on our daily lives, and we understand that some of our customers may have concerns about visiting our sites for Sales, Service, Repairs or MOT or may be unable to do so.
We would like to reassure you that we are going to exceptional lengths within our business to ensure there is as little disruption as possible during this period, your safety and wellbeing remains our utmost priority as is our commitment to keeping you mobile.
We are still open for business as usual at all our retailers and have put in place additional actions to ensure the well-being of our colleagues and customers, some of which are detailed below.
Here’s what we’re doing.
Continued monitoring and action of the UK Government and Public Health England guidance.
Ensuring employees receive regular briefings regarding new operating procedures aimed at protecting our colleagues, customers and the business.
Increasing the frequency of retailers cleaning and disinfecting surfaces such as doors, phones and desks.
Increasing the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitisers within the business.
Regular disinfection of vehicle handles, gear knobs and steering wheels.
Installation of posters to reinforce good practice regarding hand-washing.
Restrictions of staff travel between sites within the group.
Increased home visits and collection and delivery where required for Sales, Service & MOT’s.
