Terms and Conditions
If you are unhappy with your Approved Used Audi for any reason, you may be able to exchange it for another vehicle of the same price. To be eligible for an exchange, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was collected in and the Audi Centre you bought your car from needs to have an available vehicle in stock.
Your Approved Used vehicle is thoroughly inspected to prepare it for collection. This inspection includes mechanical, interior and exterior checks, and a full road test. A detailed report of the results is provided. Watch the video below for more information about the 150-point check system.
Prior to collecting your new car, our manufacturer-trained technicians perform a comprehensive service using only Genuine Audi Parts.
Should the multi-point check highlight any irregularities, we will undertake rectification work using only Genuine Audi Parts.
Your Approved Used Audi will always have a clean, transparent record and independently checked mileage.
Every Approved Used Audi comes with five days of complimentary Audi Drive Away Insurance. Heritage Audi will provide you with an annual insurance quote so you can continue to enjoy the benefits of Audi Approved Insurance.
Audi Approved Insurance provides comprehensive cover. If your vehicle is repaired by an Audi-approved repairer, Genuine Audi Parts will be used where available, excluding windscreen claims.
