Click and collect your vehicle from the branch where your vehicle is located. This method allows you to receive your car faster. In most circumstances, you can collect your car within just 48 hours of your finance being approved!

Distance doesn’t have to be an issue! We can deliver your chosen vehicle to your closest branch. We aim to do so within seven days of your finance being approved. Once your car is delivered, you can collect it at the branch.

We use Stripe, a secure verified payment provider. We do not store any of your card details. To find out more about this payment service, click here.

If you no longer want to purchase your reserved vehicle, we will refund your reservation in full. To cancel, contact the retailer where the vehicle is located. Please be ready to provide your reservation number, name, and the vehicle you reserved to help us identify you. Then, we will issue a refund.

When you reserve a vehicle online, we will ask you to provide some of your personal details and your payment information. Once you submit your payment, the £99 will be debited from your account. Then, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your payment. Before we can accept your order, we need to ensure that the vehicle hasn’t been sold while you completed the reservation process. If it hasn’t been sold, the vehicle will be reserved for 48 hours from the time you received your confirmation email. A member of the sales team will be in touch to discuss the next steps, including a test drive.

Yes! The reservation fee is not only used to secure your vehicle, but it can also go towards your deposit. Speak to a member of the Sales Team for more information.

Yes! Speak to a member of our Sales Team and they will help you with any queries and continue your application.

Yes! You can use your part exchange as all or part of your deposit towards your vehicle purchase. However, if there is outstanding finance on your current vehicle, this needs to be settled as part of the transaction. Any leftover amount after settling your outstanding finance can be used towards your deposit. Please speak to a member of our Sales Team, where they will be able to assist you with this process.
