Latest Motability Scheme updates regarding Covid-19

The Government announcements regarding COVID-19 are having a major impact on the Motability Scheme. All of our retailer showrooms are now closed meaning they are unable to accept any new orders, manage handovers or car returns.

In addition, as Motability are unable to accept any new orders, they have also not updated the prices for the Motability Scheme that would normally become available on 1 April 2020. We are of course in touch with Motability and will advise when this changes.

You can also check out the latest information from Motability here

For those customers approaching the end of their lease, Motability will automatically extend the lease for six months. There is no need to contact Motability, or your retailer, as this will be done automatically; and you will of course continue to be insured.

If you were planning to leave the Scheme at the end of your lease, please contact Motability to discuss arrangements.

Alongside the closure of showrooms, many retailers have also closed for service and repair although we have a backbone open for emergency and key workers.

The usual roadside assistance services (RAC) continue to be available should they be needed as are the insurance services (RSA Motability - RSAM).

Just as soon as we safely can we will re-open for new applications as well as arranging vehicle handovers.

We look forward to welcoming you to collect your new Audi when the scheme gets back up and running.
