How often should my Audi be serviced?
Your driving style and service schedule influence the frequency in which your Audi should be serviced. Heritage Audi offers two different service schedules: a fixed Inspection Service or a flexible Service Schedule.
Fixed Inspection Service
The conventional fixed Inspection Service schedule determines fixed intervals for your vehicle’s oil change and inspection services. This schedule is determined by time and distance, shown on the table below.
Flexible Service Schedule
The flexible Service Schedule has fixed inspection services but variable oil change service dates. Sensors register your driving style and the condition of your vehicle to determine when an oil change is required. The onboard service interval display notifies you, the driver, when to bring your vehicle in for an oil change.

When a vehicle is frequently driven in the following conditions, we recommend the servicing your vehicle on a fixed schedule – regardless of mileage.
- Uneconomical driving, such as heavy acceleration, rapid braking, and constant use of high revolutions.
- High engine loading conditions such as frequent towing and hill climbing
Your choice of service schedule depends on your typical journey types, individual driving style, and road and vehicle conditions.
